All products from our company offer carry-in / self-pickup warranty services.

Ten-day replacement notice:

If, upon inspection by our company, the product quality is confirmed to be a factory defect, customers may replace it with merchandise of equal value from our company within ten days of purchase. The replacement merchandise must have its packaging intact and be free from any human damage or scratches.

Repair notice:
  1. The repair receipt must be presented when collecting the repaired item. If the repair receipt is lost, our company reserves the right to refuse to release the repaired item. Customers should carefully verify that all accessories are returned as numbered.
  2. Our company shall not be responsible for repaired items not collected within three months, or for items damaged or lost due to unforeseen accidents.
  3. If a customer does not collect a repaired item within three months (calculated from the date of issuance of the repair receipt), it will be considered abandoned, and our company may dispose of it at will without prior notice to the customer or providing compensation.
  4. If, after inspection, repairs cannot be carried out due to lack of parts, disagreement with the quotation, or other reasons, our company reserves the right to return the unrepaired item. Furthermore, our company does not guarantee that the returned item will be restored to its state before disassembly.
  5. If, after inspection and quotation for a repaired item, the customer does not agree to the repair or does not respond for more than one month, our company will treat it as a return.
  6. Our company will not return any replaced parts.
  7. If, within three months from the date of collection, the repaired item is found to have imperfections from the previous repair, our company will be responsible for free readjustment or repair, but this does not include additional charges for cleaning or potentially replacement parts.
  8. All fees must be settled in cash; credit cards or checks are not accepted.
  9. For equipment under warranty, issues with the machine must be raised before service, and a valid store receipt must be presented.
  10. If the warranty period has expired, our company will charge a reasonable fee based on the repair or replacement of parts for the repaired item.

**Purchasing directly from THE LOEL or through an authorized dealer is the only way to ensure that you are buying a genuine product. Simply put, unauthorized dealers can lead to customer dissatisfaction.

Avoid purchasing from auction sites and other retailers not officially approved by our agency. Although the product may appear to be genuine, it will not be covered under the official warranty, and our company will not provide warranty services.

Our company regularly monitors the internet, including auction sites, to protect our intellectual property. Unauthorized resale, sale, or auction of our copyrighted items is illegal and may result in claims for compensation and criminal liability.
